The role of MERIC is aligned with the main goal of the project: to increase the number of people diagnosed and aware of the lifestyle changes needed and decrease the number of people with MASH and liver cancer. The organization will contribute to the scientific expertise of the consortium and to the success of the clinical trials in the target population in Romania.
